What is it?
The Manual Post Select block is similar to the query loop, except it allows for picking specific blocks and filtering by post type and taxonomy.

For Styling you can:
Select the layout type to set the column count / size.
Style text, adjust alignments, spacing and container widths.
For Content population you can:
Add any core WordPress blocks, but it is intended to be used with the post title, excerpt, etc to display content from the selected posts.
